Our puppies are beautiful, happy, healthy, outgoing lil bundles of joy! Our pups stay with us until 8-9 weeks of age. By time they are old enough to go home, they are very self confident, well socialized and ready to bond with their new family. All of our babies are fed only the very best of nutrition and always kept up to date on vaccinations, wormings & health exams. Our pups come to you with a huge start on potty training, health guaranteed and microchipped. all our puppies are placed on AKC Limited Registration with neuter/spay contracts. If you are interested in one of our available or upcoming puppies please fill out the Questionnaire All pups are placed as family companions on a spay/neuter contract with limited AKC registration. Please do not fill out a questionnaire if you are looking for a puppy to breed. If your questionnaire has been approved you will receive an E- mail or phone call letting you know.

~Wait List & Picking Your Puppy |
|
Once we receive your deposit you will be put on the a wait list for the litter of your choice. Occasionally we keep a puppy so after we take our pick you will pick your pup in the order your name falls on the deposit list for the color and sex you specified - First come first serve. If we don't have the sex and color you specified, you may move your deposit to a different litter.

~Deposit Policy |

Deposits are accepted only AFTER the questionnaire has been approved. Deposits are non-refundable. Please consider all aspects of bringing a new puppy into your home before you place a deposit, as no exceptions will be made to our non-refundable deposit policy. By placing a deposit, you are making a serious commitment to give a permanent and loving home to one of our puppies. As a courtesy, if you the buyer should change your mind for any reason, You may transfer your deposit to another available litter within 2 year of the original deposit date. You may transfer your deposit one time only, if you change your mind again all deposits will be forfeited. If the litter you placed your deposit on does not have the color/sex you requested you may move your deposit to the next available litter. We will let you know as soon as your new furbaby is born! If we haven't already received your $300 deposit We will ask for one at that time to hold your puppy until 8 weeks of age. This deposit may be made by mailing a check or instantly via PayPal (3%fee) Please do not send any money until your questionnaire has been approved and we request a deposit from you. If we have requested a deposit you can click on the PayPal link at the top of this page to make a puppy deposit. We reserve the right to cancel any sale up until buyer takes possession of their puppy. In the very rare event that this would ever happen all money will be refunded. |

Once we receive your deposit you will receive access to our Private Online Puppy Education Site! We created this site just for families getting one of our puppies. There you will find tons & tons of "Puppy Education" to help you thru each step of the way. Everything from A to Z you will need to know about bringing your new furbaby home and how to successfully raise, a happy, healthy, safe, socialized, well mannered miniature schnauzer. You will also find directions to our home and the dates and times for Litter Visit Day & Pick Up Day. We are fully dedicated to giving our precious puppies the very best start in life. in return, we expect the very best for our puppies from their new families. So please take the time before you bring your new furbaby home, to educate yourself and your family by using our Online Puppy Education Site. You will not only know what to expect, but will also be fully prepared for your new addition. |

~Visiting The Puppies |

We cant wait to meet your family in person and introduce you to our Furbabies!! We invite all our new families to our home to meet the puppies. We schedule a "Litter Visit Day" for each litter on a weekend when your pup is about 6-7 weeks of age. This is the perfect age to really start seeing each puppies individual personality and when most people choose which puppy is right for them! (picking order goes in same order as deposits received) In the meantime we will E-mail you weekly updates and pictures with an occasional video. You can see our home, dogs and puppies on the videos page of our website. You might also enjoy reading our guestbook to see what others families have experience with our breeding program. Our guestbook has pages and pages of posts dating back to when we started our website in 2003. If for any reason you cant make it on litter visit day we will see you on pick up day, which will be scheduled on a weekend when your pup is 8-9 weeks old! The scheduled days, times & directions for visit & pick-up day can be found on the private puppy education site.
Policy for Inquiring Visitors- The majority of our litter is usually spoken for before birth or by time they are just a few weeks of age. In the event that we do happen to have pups available all visitors must first fill out our questionnaire & be pre approved.

The balance due can be paid on Puppy Pick Up Day (CASH ONLY). Sorry but we can no longer accept personal checks on pick up day. If you would like to use another method of payment such as cashiers check, personal check etc.. The full payment must be received by time your pup reaches 5 weeks of age.

To receive your pups AKC Limited registration papers go to the NEUTER/SPAY link on the left side of this page and fill out the form and also provide us with a copy of your pups proof of neuter/spay via postal mail, email or fax. All of Ludwigs Mini are placed on spay/neuter contracts with AKC limited registration. Spayed or neutered, A dog registered with an AKC Limited Registration cannot be shown in confirmation, however, is eligible to compete in other events such as: Obedience, Rally, Agility, Earthdog Tracking, Field Trials, Hunting Tests, |

~Ear Cropping & Natural Ear Taping |
|
All of our puppies are placed with natural ears we do not offer ear cropping. If you decide to crop the average cost depending on your vet is $200-$400. Most vets will crop sometime between 9-14 weeks of age. We do however offer complimentary ear taping for your pups natural ear and also have "do it yourself" instructions on our private puppy education site.

We have carefully selected our breeding dogs from some of the top champion bloodlines in this breed. We strive to breed to the AMSC breed standard and improve our lines with every breeding. Every dog owned by LMS has been health tested and has their OFA & CERF clearances and certifications. You can see proof of these tests on the websites below and also on each of our dogs individual pages. Each test is registered with the websites below.
Sadly many breeders claim they do health testing but their test results are nowhere to be found on the OFA website.

~Shipping & Boarding |
|
almost all of our puppies are placed locally but shipping is an option on non stop flights. We ship out of SeaTac Airport. The average cost of shipping is $300 Shipping Includes: Handling of all flight & shipping arrangements, shipping crate, required flight health exam, required flight health certificate, airport drop off, crate bedding, toy & fleece blanket with mother & siblings scent. You are more than welcome to fly up to Seattle, rent a car and pick up your pup in person at my home. I live about 45 minutes from the airport. If you will be flying back home with your new baby you will need me to get your pup an airline required health certificate $60. I can also deliver your pup to you at the SeaTac airport if you scheduled for a turn around flight back home (Airport Drop Off $60 plus airline required health certificate $60 TOTAL=$120) Puppies not picked up on the scheduled pick up day will have a boarding fee of $20 per day. |
