If you are interested in one of our Available Puppies / Upcoming Litters please fill out the Questionnaire All pups are placed as family companions on a spay/neuter contract with limited AKC registration. If your questionnaire has been approved you will receive an E- mail or phone call letting you know NOTE: If you dont hear from me within 30 days i didnt have a pup available at this time that would fit in with your family's lifestyle. |

~Deposit Policy |

Deposits are accepted only AFTER the questionnaire has been approved.
Deposits are non-refundable. Please consider all aspects of bringing a new puppy into your home before you place a deposit, as no exceptions will be made to our non-refundable deposit policy. By placing a deposit, you are making a serious commitment to give a permanent and loving home to one of our puppies. As a courtesy, if you the buyer should change your mind for any reason, You may transfer your deposit to another available litter within 1 year of the original deposit date. You may transfer your deposit one time only, if you change your mind again all deposits will be forfeited. If the litter you placed your deposit on does not have the color/sex you requested you may move your deposit to the next available puppy.
We will let you know as soon as your new furbaby is born! If we havent already received your $300 deposit We will ask for one at that time to hold your puppy until 8 weeks of age. This deposit may be made by postal mail or paypal (3%fee) Please do not send any money until your questionnaire has been approved and we request a deposit from you. If we have requested a deposit you can Click on the paypal link at the top of this page to make a puppy deposit.
We reserve the right to cancel any sale up until buyer takes possession of their puppy. In the very rare event that this should ever happen all money will be refunded. |

Our Online Puppy Education Site has everything from A to Z you will need to know about bringing your new furbaby home and how to successfully raise, a happy, healthy, safe, socialized, well mannered miniature schnauzer.
We are fully dedicated to giving our precious puppies the very best start in life. in return, we expect the very best for our puppies from their new families. ~Wait List |

Once we receive your deposit you will be put on the a wait list for the litter of your choice. Occasionally we keep a puppy so after we take our pick you will pick your pup as your name falls on the deposit list for the color and sex you Specified - First come first serve. If we don't have the sex and color you specified, you may move your deposit to a different litter. |

Payment Options If Picking Up Pup In Person
We accept CASH ONLY on puppy pick up day. If you would like to pay your before puppy pick up day the full balance may be paid with a money order, cashiers check or by our preffered payment method- Paypal (Please email me requesting a paypal invoice) we must receive the full balance due before your puppy reaches 6 weeks of age, otherwise cash only on pick up day.
Payment Option If Your Pup Will Be Shipped
Full balance and shipping costs must received before pup reaches 6 weeks of age in the form of money order, cashiers check, wire transfer or Paypal( please e-mail me for Paypal invoice)
If your pup is 6 weeks of age or older we will only accept Paypal or Wire Transfer (read below about the fees)
Paypal~ 3% fee, takes several business days to process until pup can be shipped. If you choose to use paypal please Email me requesting a Paypal invoice.
Wire Transfer~ Average fee $35 depending on your bank. Takes 24 hours to process before pup can be shipped |

~Visiting The Puppies |
|
Our puppies are usually spoken for before birth. In the event that we do happen to have pups available all visitors must fill out our questionnaire and be pre approved before visiting. We do not allow veiwing until 6-7 weeks of age
Why wait until 6-7 weeks?
We do not allow viewing until our puppies are at least 6 weeks old and have had their first vaccinations. We do this for several reasons.
#1 Parvo is deadly! the best cure is prevention!!! It is shed by infected dogs and can live for months on surfaces such as concrete and grass. It is transferred on shoes, clothes, tires, and hands Even though you may not even own a dog, simply by visiting a park or pet store you could have picked it on your shoes and carry it back to our home when you visit. We ask you not to visit other places where dogs frequent such as other breeders, parks, pet stores vet offices etc.. on the day that you come to visit the puppies.
#2 Some people have been waiting months for their puppy and even though they wont bring their new pup home until he/she is 8 weeks old they are still very emotionally attached to their new baby!! It wouldnt be fair to put their pups health at risk by letting the 10-15 inquiring families come and visit my home each week possibly tracking in something that could make the pups very very sick or even die.
#3 The health and emotional wellness of our mothers and puppies is our number one priority. By nature mothers are very overprotective of their newborn pups and strangers visiting the young pups will make her feel very nervous and threatened and cause undue stress. By time the puppies are 6 weeks or older their mother is comfortable and at ease with the strangers visiting and handling their puppies.
#4 You cant tell what their personality /temperment is going to be like at a young age. The pups dont do anything but sleep and eat for the first several weeks and their lil personalities dont even start to blossom until a few weeks before they are ready to go to their new homes. |

NOTE: we sometimes have puppies we place in homes for small family breeders that have used our stud service. These puppies are from our lines and/or sired by our stud dog. They are raised during their first 8 weeks with the same methods we use. We perfer to find homes for any pups produced from our lines so that we screen the new homes through our questionnaire process and insure they only go to the very best forever homes possible. |

~Showing Your Puppy |

Spayed or neutered, AKC limited registered dogs can participate in AKC Obedience, Agility, Tracking and most Performance Events. |

~Ear Cropping |
|
All of our puppies are placed with natural ears we do not offer ear cropping. If you decide to crop the average cost depending on your vet is $200-$300. Most vets will crop sometime between 9-14 weeks of age. |

Most of our puppies are placed locally but shipping is an option on non stop flights. We ship out of Seatac Airport.
Shipping Includes:
Handling of all flight & shipping arrangements, shipping crate, required flight health exam, required flight health certificate, airport dropoff, crate bedding, toy & fleece blanket with mother & siblings scent.
Estimated Shipping Costs
Shipping 1 pup $300 / 2 pups in same crate add $50
NOTE: Delta Airlines shipping costs are higher.
Full payment plus shipping costs must be paid in full 21 days before shipping .
You are more than welcome to fly up to Seattle and pick up your pup in person i live about 1 hour from the airport if you want to rent a car to pick your puppy up in person If you will be flying back home with your new baby you will need Airline required Health certificate $40. I can deliver your pup to you at the Seatac airport (Airport Drop Off $60 plus airline required health certificate $40) |
